Outside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind
our residential sales platform and building residential customer
engagement.. You will have the opportunity to provide information
on Mercury Broadband's reliable broadband service and emerging
fiber network to potential customers while building and cultivating
new relations. Embark on engaging adventures as you use your
company issued vehicle to visit rural communities and neighborhoods
to conduct door to door residential sales. This is an opportunity

journey.Position Type: Full-time with benefitsLocation: Ft. Wayne
Service Center Sales RegionCompensation: 55k annual earning
potential (includes commission), use of a company vehicle for work,
and cell phone reimbursement.Benefits: Health, vision and dental

Responsibilities:In-Person Residential Sales - Conduct visits to
residential properties within designated territories to introduce
and sell our internet services (Door to Door).Customer Experience -
Ensure a positive customer experience from the initial contact,
address customer concerns, and recommend the best products needed
for each customer.Customer Engagement - Approach potential
customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a friendly
demeanor, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their
internet needs and preferences.Sales Presentations - Deliver
persuasive sales presentations that highlight the advantages of our
internet services, addressing customer inquiries and objections
while promoting the benefits of our offerings.Documentation -
Accurately complete all required paperwork, including sales
agreements, customer contracts, and any other necessary
documentation.Accountability - Report activity and progress through
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool on provided
tablet.Performance - Meet assigned goals monthly to grow your
market. Skills and Requirements:Proven customer facing experience
(Retail Sales, Wireless, Telecom, etc.)Flexible schedule that
allows for evenings and weekends as needed.Ability to present
product offers and explain services to potential customers.At least
21 years of age with a clean driving recordAbility to walk long
distances with frequent breaks between locations. Ability to work
in fluctuating weather conditions. (Outside working conditions)
