opportunity! At our BAE Systems Fort Wayne South site, we
specialize in the commercial manufacturing of Aircraft and Engine
Controls/Systems. This includes manufacturing of Circuit Card
Assemblies and Unit Integration. We are expanding our facility to

About the Opportunity:A day in the life of an Electronics Engineer
consists of;
- Troubleshooting customer product at both a unit level and
Circuit Card Assembly level.
- When troubleshooting circuit card assemblies, looking at failed
circuits, isolating the fault down to a component level, then
dispositioning the repair procedures.
- Using analog and/or digital electronics and embedded systems
including the use of standard electrical lab and test equipment as
well as advanced troubleshoot tools to complete tasks.
- Support the manufacturing floor as needed to ensure that
product continues to move through the process and play a vital part
of instilling our company's value of maintaining a lean culture.
This includes constantly looking for continuous improvement
opportunities.Because of the need for consistent, in-person
collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due
to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed
full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at
a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.We celebrate the array of

Education, Experience, & Skills
- Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET),
Electrical Engineering (EE), or equivalent technical degree
program/experience.
- Intermediate-level technical skills and knowledge of technical
requirements
- Electronics component level troubleshooting and instrument
familiarity (analog and/or digital)
- General understanding of electronics manufacturing process
- Ability to interpret technical specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) or
Electrical Engineering (EE), or equivalent technical degree
program/experience.
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Demonstrated ability in isolating electrical failures to root
cause
- Ability to interpret and apply specifications, standards, and
customer requirements
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple
activities in a team environment
- Advanced-level technical skills, knowledge of technical
requirements, and system flows skills relevant to job/area of
workPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $61830 - $105120Please
note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
