What you will do:
Working with a cross functional team of design engineers,
manufacturing engineers, quality engineers and sourcing
professionals you will be helping to drive product cost down by
assisting the exploration and then execution of moving components
and/or finished good from one contract manufacturer to another. We
are looking for someone with experience in design and product
testing. You should have good engineering design principles to
assess magnitude of testing to perform and rationale as to why and
how to test to ensure design intent is still met after transfer.

mechanical component design and test experiences from plastics to

- Machined products
- Electromechanical design
- Design change process
- Testing methods
Knowledge of manufacturing processes desired:
- PCBA manufacturing
- Plastics manufacturing
- Will determine specific processes and development schedules to
meet pre-determined goals and objectives.
- May participate in the prototype assembly and/or design of sub-
or final assemblies of assigned products.
- Will submit periodic reports on assigned topics to appropriate

B.S. of Engineering (or equivalent).
