Job Description:

Leverage theoretical knowledge of computer science principles to develop, create, and modify X-Rite's applications

software programs; Analyze user needs and develop software solutions; Collaborate with global enterprise teams to

implement Oracle solutions to support business processes; Leverage DBS (Danaher Business System) tools to design

software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency; Coordinate testing with

end users and lead user training, leading troubleshooting efforts when necessary and providing user support across

the entire Oracle platform; Lead project deployment efforts to ensure Oracle solutions are implemented on the

international platform; Analyze and design databases within the Oracle environment, coordinating with other analysts

to develop databases; Define requirements, prepare functional design documents, monitor project progress, and test

solutions prior to release to users for further user testing.

Position requires 25% travel.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (willing to accept foreign education

equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience in job or with Oracle Business Analysis supporting financial applications.

Skill Sets Required:

Experience must include use of Oracle’s E-Business Suite (EBS) in release 12, including working on at least three

large scale oracle implementation projects in a global environment. Five (5) years in Oracle EBS finance modules

including GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA, EBTax and Advance Collection. Five (5) years in the Oracle EBS order to cash

including revenue management, procure to pay and record to report processes including design, set-up, configuration

and customization.
