Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Kalamazoo, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,092 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent experience preferred; Level 1 Trauma Experience recommended License: Valid Michigan RN License required Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC Must-Have: - ACLS (AHA) - BLS (AHA) - PALS (AHA) - TNCC - Minimum of 2 years recent experience - Level 1 Trauma Experience preferred Description: The candidate must be prepared to work every other weekend and holidays as needed by the unit. Block scheduling cannot be accommodated. The position requires the candidate to be clocked in and ready for report at the designated shift start time. No call requirement is necessary. The daily patient ratio during night shifts is set at 5 patients per nurse. The unit comprises a diverse patient age group including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Additional interdisciplinary support services are available, including respiratory services and pharmacy. Candidates should provide proof of flu vaccination upon submission. If seeking a vaccination exemption, documentation must be provided within the specified timeframe. Completion of required modules is necessary during the contract duration and will be self-reported annually. References are required as part of the application process.
