Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Fort Wayne, IN Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,597 to $1,791 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / Neuro Spine MedSurg/Tele City/State: Fort Wayne, Indiana Shift: 07:00-19:00, Days Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 03/02/2026 Job Description: AUTO OFFER POSITION. The RN in the Neuro Spine Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit will provide care for patients with higher Med-Surg acuity, including diagnoses such as stroke, seizures, post-operative neuro/spinal surgeries, level 2 trauma patients and level 1 trauma post-ICU care, DKA, renal failure, and general post-operative care. Responsibilities: Provide expert neuro assessments and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Manage drains and post-surgical care, including chest tube and groin site management post-IR. Float to other units as required. Requirements: Must have 2 years of experience. Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Expertise in Neuro assessments, drain management, and post-surgical care. Must be located greater than 50 miles from the facility. Local candidates not accepted.
