Job Description Perm - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Join a dedicated Anesthesia Services Team in the vibrant city of Grand Rapids, Michigan. This position offers the opportunity to work in a Level 2 trauma center with 16 operating rooms, diverse cases, and a professional, friendly work atmosphere. Whether you're an experienced CRNA or a new graduate, you will find a welcoming environment committed to patient care and professional development. Job Responsibilities - Participate in a quarterly weekend call schedule, assigned using a random generator. - Manage one weekday call shift from Monday to Thursday, averaging once every six weeks. - Work flexible shifts, including 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts. - Provide anesthesia care for a wide range of cases, including general and complex procedures such as kidney transplants, thoracic surgeries, ortho trauma, and regional blocks. - Collaborate with a professional team of healthcare providers. - New graduates are encouraged to apply. Qualifications - Board Certified by NBCRNA (by the time of start) - REQUIRED - Valid Michigan License, or willingness to obtain - REQUIRED - DEA verbal confirmation, or willingness to obtain - REQUIRED - Current ACLS & BLS certifications, or willingness to obtain - REQUIRED License and Certification Requirements - Board Certified by NBCRNA - Michigan RN license or eligibility to apply - DEA registration - ACLS and BLS certifications Grand Rapids, known for its beautiful parks, vibrant arts scene, and an array of dining options, provides a wonderful backdrop for both work and leisure.
