northern Indiana to perform professional duties and
responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions.

Merrillville, East Chicago, Hammond, Gary, Portage, Valparaiso,
Michigan City, South Bend, Knox, Lafayette, Huntington, Logansport,
Fort Wayne /n Hours: Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday:
8:00am-5:00pm, no nights, weekends, or holidays /n Primary
Responsibilities: /n /n - Distributes drugs prescribed by
physicians and other health practitioners /n - Provides information
to customers about medications and their use /n - Focuses on
providing a superior level of customer service /n - Ensures
compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of
Pharmacy /n - Administration of immunizations as allowed by State
Boards of Pharmacy /n - Any other usual and customary pharmacy
duties /n /n /n You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your

clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as
provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications: /n /n - Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or
PharmD /n - Current pharmacist license in the state of Indiana /n -
Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3
months of hire /n - Active driver’s license and access to reliable
transportation /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n /n -
Authorization to administer long-acting injectables or willing to
obtain within 3 months of hire /n /n The hourly range for this role
is $43.17 to $84.95 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is
based on several factors including but not limited to local labor
markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
