Job Description:
Open position for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
in the Rehab department in Cass City, MI, with day shifts, weekend
rotation, and full benefits.
Requires licensure as a PTA in Michigan, passing a criminal
background check and drug test, and CPR/BLS-C certification
(provided by employer).
Must have strong communication skills.
The role involves assisting physical therapists in implementing
treatment plans, monitoring and documenting patient progress,
reporting concerns, educating patients and families, and
maintaining a clean treatment environment.
Adherence to APTA standards, accreditation guidelines, and legal
requirements is essential.
