Role DescriptionDesign Collaborative Marketing Manager is an
experienced marketing professional committed to excellence in
telling the DC story. They are an experienced, certified marketing
professionals with a strong background in multiple domains of
professional services marketing, including research, client &
business development, proposal writing, promotional activity,
management, and ultimately ensure marketing tactics are executed to
differentiate DC in the markets we serve. This manager is
responsible for the growth, development and oversite of the
marketing team and leads the way in accomplishing the firm's
marketing strategies in pursuit of our mission and vision. -This is
a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Design
Collaborative in Fort Wayne, IN. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's in Marketing preferred. Degrees in Public Relations,
Communications, Journalism, or Advertising degrees considered
- 5-10 years of professional services marketing experience
required
- Preferred industry experience in Architecture, Engineering,
Interior Design, or Construction
- CPSM certification recommended (Certified Professional Services
Marketer through SMPS)
- Proficiency with CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft
Office Suite
- Ability to lead, mentor and teach other marketing
professionalsGeneral Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership of Marketing Coordinator(s) and
ensures high quality and timely execution of all marketing tasks.

- Conduct market research utilizing data-gather techniques for
target market research, governmental laws and regulations related
to submittal forms and guidelines.
- Develop resources and products for SOQ/proposal digital and
print production, including printing and binding.
- Understands RFQ/RFP criteria and go/no-go process, and
possesses an awareness of the role that pre-submittal and public
selection meetings play in the RFQ/RFP process.
- Utilize the scheduling and tracking systems for individual
proposal elements and status.
- Create a roster of the firm's subject matter experts and
leverage their expertise for content creation.
- Interview technical team for project content and stories.

- Leverage skills related to branding, digital media, and content
creation relevant to the AEC industry and our service markets.

- Apply an awareness of photography copyright laws in all
marketing materials. -
- Apply knowledge of web design and maintenance to ensure the
firm's website remains up to date and effective.
- Create content for social media, website and email marketing
campaigns.
- Create and compile information for advertising media, editorial
opportunities, and press releases
- Develop thought leadership content for collateral materials,
website, blogs, media, print, video based on marketing plan
strategies.
- Manage the development of innovative promotions to connect with
target audience.
- Mange or assist with trade show and special event planning,
execution, and followup.
- Possess a strong understanding of our firms corporate brand and
organizational culture and integrates it into all marketing
efforts.
- Lead or assist with promotional activities, including
presentation development and communication workshops.
- Leverage records management systems for projects, personnel,
consultants, proposals, and visual information.
- Assist the Director of Business Development & Marketing in
developing and driving strategic initiatives forward.
- Assist in identifying metrics to track strategic initiatives
and marketing success.
