Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The Journeyman
Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, and
repairing machinery and mechanical systems in various industrial
settings. This role requires advanced knowledge and skills in
mechanical systems, precision alignment, and troubleshooting to
ensure optimal equipment performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Repair and maintain industrial equipment
conveying systems, and major machine centers Read and understand
drawings such as blueprints and schematics. Perform preventive
maintenance and hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical
troubleshooting Practice safe work habits Use of hand and power
tools Operation of shop and maintenance related equipment Preform
proper alignments of process equipment Work with foreman to
complete daily tasks Education: Must have a high school diploma or
equivalent. Experience: 2 years verifiable work experience as
Millwright preferred. Knowledge Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of
rigging and material handling Demonstrated strong communication and
documentation skills Must be a self-starter who can work safely
under high-pressure situations Must have experience in aggregate or
agricultural millwright services. Must be capable of performing
skilled labor for up to 12 hours a day. Must be able to work on
equipment 50 feet in the air on occasion. Must be willing to travel
for work with some overnight travel necessary. Must be dependable
and operate with a high level of integrity. Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced and demanding environment. Welding & fabricating
experience is a plus. Work Location and Travel: The main office is
located at 1171 Grill Rd. Van Wert, OH 45891 Travel to client and
customer sites is required. Days and hours of work may vary at
times to include some evenings and weekends. Work Environment:
Working environment is often in harsh elements (hot/humid and/or
cold temperatures, rain, etc.). Industrial environments often have
exposure to hazardous chemicals, moving heavy equipment, and other
safety-sensitive hazards/risks. Must always be alert and able to
safely perform the essential duties of the job without risking harm
to oneself or others. Physical Requirements: Talk/Hear: The ability
to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through
spoken words and sentences. Stand/Sit: The ability to coordinate
two or more limbs (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and
one arm) while sitting or standing. Walk: Frequently walking
through job sites. Use hands/fingers to handle or feel: Frequently
use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, moving
materials, and manipulating things. Able to keep your hand and arm
steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in
one position. Able to quickly move your hand, your hand together
with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble
objects. Able to make precisely coordinated movements of the
fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very
small objects. Stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, or crawl: Frequently
climbing, lifting, balancing, stooping, and handling materials.

writing. Carry, weight, Lift: The ability to exert maximum muscle
force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to (frequently - 25
pounds; routinely - 50 pounds). Must be legally authorized to work
