Job Description:
Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented
and organized Office Assistant Professional to provide
administrative support to a team. This temporary position is ideal
for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys
handling a variety of tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Perform general office duties including
filing, data entry, and document management. Answer and direct
phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Schedule meetings
and maintain calendars. Assist with preparing reports,
presentations, and other materials. Support team members with
administrative tasks as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle
sensitive information appropriately. Qualifications High school
diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Proven
experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal
and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently
and as part of a team. Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
