Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification (preferred but not required). Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
